Refund policy
We offer a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers, and 30 days for International customers.
Full priced items that are returned are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. This returns window begins once you have received your item.
*Please note the item needs to arrive back to our warehouse within this time period.

Please note:
- Any sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged (unless the item is faulty or there is a dispatch error)
- Items purchased during a promotional sale period cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged.
- Items purchased with an influencers promotional code can be returned
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out in: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, or it will be rejected.
- Item(s) must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, which must be in good condition. Our Hero packaging is designed to be reusable. Alphee Fitness reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.
- If you have received a faulty item please contact alpheefitness@gmail.com to notify us in order for us to be able to process this return.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if a faulty is received.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable
- We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Alphee Fitness will not be issued a refund. Alphee Fitness will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
- All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two garments, excluding shipping costs.
