1 - 5 Business Days: FREE for orders valued at $150 or over via Australia Post 

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS VALUED AT $200 OR OVER FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Rest of The World:
5-10 Business Days - $20.00 AUD via Australia Post


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES


All orders placed before 5pm AEST will be shipped next day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders placed during SALE periods are allowed up to 4 business days to be dispatched, as a higher volume of orders come through! We do our best to get all orders out within the first 2 business days!


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your parcel will be destroyed by the courier and a refund cannot be given.


CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS 


Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it has already begun to be processed ready for dispatch so we are unable to cancel. 


If you need to Amend your order, please email us, we will do our best to update. Alphee Fitness reserves the right to refuse the amendment if the items have been processed already and the customer will be held responsible to any charges involved. 


If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Sendle, Alphee Fitness will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered  parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Alphee Fitness via our email: Alpheefitness@gmail.com prior to your order being shipped.

Alphee Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We encourage customers to track parcels.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
